De Liefde Club held Christmas luncheon in Hotel New Grand Yokohama on Wednesday 29 November, 2023. 44 members and guests gathered and also celebrated the 25^th anniversary of De Liefde Club. Mrs. Natsuko Akiyama, the founder of the club, gave a congratulatory speech, and the beautiful cake made specially for the anniversary was cut by the current representative governor, Mrs. Reiko Koezuka, and the honorary governor, Mrs. Anne Lande Peters. All the participants enjoyed delicious Italian cuisine and wine in the cozy room filled with bright sunshine. As the finale, we sang `White Christmas` together and wished for a thriving future of 25-year-old De Liefde Club members.
